📅 When Should You Get Bloodwork?
  • Before any cycle — establish your baseline
  • 4–6 weeks into a cycle — catch liver/lipid changes early
  • Immediately post-cycle — assess suppression depth
  • 4–6 weeks post-PCT — confirm HPG axis recovery
  • Every 3–6 months if on TRT
🧪 What Tests Should You Order?
  • Basic baseline: CBC, CMP, Testosterone, LH, FSH
  • On-cycle monitoring: CBC, Liver panel, Lipid panel, Estradiol
  • PCT confirmation: Testosterone, LH, FSH, Prolactin
